Statutory Tests - What are they?

From time to time, your child will be required to completed some statutory tests set by the government. As a school we will always keep the children's wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We will also approach any of these test with a child centred approach. The tests do not and will never lead the learning in our school. Instead we provide the children with a broad and balanced curriculum which will provide them with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Reception Class - Baseline and End of EYFS Profile
Year 1 - Phonics Screening
Year 2 - KS1 SATs
Year 4 - Multiplication Tables Check
Year 6 - KS2 SATs
