Well-Being Day 2021
All of the primary schools in our local area hosted a well-being day for the children in our schools. Anxiety and worry are normal everyday feelings which we will all experience from time to time.
What's important is we recognise these feelings and know what we can do to help ourselves.
We planned a range of arty activities which will help our children manage their anxiety and worry.
We have also arranged some taster yoga sessions for the children. We will be running a yoga club after half term.
